The first step is to complete an online 60-factor Resilience Diagnostic Assessment to measure your resilience – this takes around 10-15 minutes.
Our first coaching session is an hour long and held on Zoom. We discuss your diagnostic assessment and start putting together an action plan for building your resilience strengths and reducing your resilience risks. Our follow up sessions continue to build on this action plan – we check in on your progress, discuss what is working, what tools and strategies are effective for achieving your goals, and update your action plan.
After three months, we run the diagnostic assessment again so we can measure your gains in resilience.
