Every leader experiences stress and adversity – being a resilient leader means having the ability to bounce back, or even forward, in order to meet new challenges and grow from the experience.

Resilient leadership is about having the mental, physical and emotional resources in order to be effective, thrive, and help empower others and set them up for success.

 

In this programme you will learn:

    • how resilient leadership is directly related to productivity, engagement and business success
    • effective tools for a resilient mindset
    • strategies to improve your mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing, while minimising risk factors
    • proven ways to manage stress and stay calm under pressure
    • how to find Flow and be effective in what you do
    • how to support resilience in your colleagues and employees

 

Delivered on-site for maximum effectiveness – FULL DAY or 2 Half Days.      Also available via Zoom – 4 x 1.5 hour sessions

OPTIONAL EXTRA:
– Resilience Diagnostic Assessment to measure your resilience strengths and risks – comes with a personalised report and access to the interactive App so you have a wellbeing kit in your pocket!

 

Help your team be even more effective by adding on a workshop to create an action plan for wellbeing.  This will give your team the language and tools to help them manage stress and disruption.  Developed in conjunction with Hummingly and using tools used by thousands of people and organisations around the world.
